Brahma Yoga

What is Brahma Yoga?
It is a unique yoga practice, with visions and breath work using the principle of light and sound.

How will it help me?
Brahma yoga awakens the latent energy and helps move it intelligently within the physical body. It opens new channels to communicate multi dimensionally, circulates healthy prana (life force) creating a conscious link between physical and the universal body. It helps rid the body of toxins and balances chi, some of the techniques used were practiced by ancient Indian and Oriental sages and yogis.

One hour morning and one hour at sunset.

Healing Yoga

What is Healing Yoga?
Healing yoga is based on universal principles, which govern the human organism. Visions and meditations are created to access Divine Consciousness and convert it into a potent energetic healing force. It helps growth, expansion and balance. Both visions and breath refine our faculties and clear emotional and mental stresses. We enter into the subtle space within the physical body where we connect consciously with feeling, experiencing and understanding our Self and our relationship to Higher Consciousness.

How will it help me?
You will learn to connect with your vital core, access Intuition and Intelligence to scan your body and aura, see your stresses and blockages and participate in your own healing. The technique used and taught, reveal emotional and mental stresses upon the physical body. You recognize the relationship and effects of thought and feeling processed through the mind into the body. The Awareness with Intelligence gives birth to a strong life force that helps rid physical pain and mental suffering enriching the lifestyle.

Soul Promise

A self-discovery spiritual program. Two and a half hours each day for seven days. This includes, teaching, inter- active participation and practice. The Soul Promise program elevates and transcends consciousness from an ordinary state to an awakened state where one can recognize their physical, mental, emotion, astral and spiritual reality. It provides a framework to a conscious connection to our soul, which enables individuals to tap into greater awareness of their purpose past and present.

How will it help me?
A series of visualizations, meditations and conscious practices allow the individual to transcend the tensions and stresses of not knowing one's true being. By cultivating greater awareness individuals are able to connect with their own "soul groups". Guides, angels and consciously understand their desires, needs, their dreams and their place in the grand orchestration of the universe. Many participants experience the spontaneous dissolution of negativity and spiritual ignorance, which simultaneously gives birth to an awakening that is physical, organic and mystical. It is like living with ALL THE LIGHTS ON.

Who is Ruby Bedi?
Ruby Bedi is a soul master with levels of awareness that are born out of inspiration, intuition and self-experience. Brahma Blue Holistic Oasis P.A.D.I Instruction

PADI's Open Water Diver course, the most popular dive program in the world, is your ticket to a lifetime of intense underwater adventures.

Throughout the course, you'll learn fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. You will also earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification that is recognized worldwide. You earn this rating by completing five confined water dives and knowledge development sessions and by making four open water dives, all done around the wonderful Belizean reef in the Caribbean Sea, in 3 1/2 to 4 days.

Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Open Water Diver certificate. If you are between 10 and 14 or have a child between these ages, there is a PADI Junior Open Water Diver program available.

Course Details; classroom instruction, four confined water practice sessions, and four open water dives.

Knowledge Development Sessions
The class is broken down into 5 modules. Each scuba module consists of a video, lecture, knowledge review and quiz. The more study you do, reading the manual and completing the knowledge reviews then the less time you will have to spend in the classroom and more time underwater. After these academic sessions are all complete, you will have a final scuba exam.

Confined Water Practice Sessions
The confined water practice sessions are also broken down into 5 modules. With all modules taking place in the special area we have cordoned off at the side of our dock. With each new skill you learn, the more comfortable you will become with scuba and breathing underwater. There is also a short swim test and survival float.

Open Water sessions
During the Open Water Dives, we use all of the scuba information and skills that you have mastered during the theory and confined water sessions. The dives will take place on two separate days with a maximum of two dives on each day. Here you will demonstrate the skills that you learned in the pool and also have the opportunity to take an underwater tour of San Pedro's beautiful Caribbean Sea from a whole new angle.
