It is a unique yoga practice, with visions and breath work using the principle of light and sound.
How will it help me?
Brahma yoga awakens the latent energy and helps move it intelligently within the physical body. It opens new channels to communicate multi dimensionally, circulates healthy prana (life force) creating a conscious link between physical and the universal body. It helps rid the body of toxins and balances chi, some of the techniques used were practiced by ancient Indian and Oriental sages and yogis.
One hour morning and one hour at sunset.

What is Healing Yoga?
Healing yoga is based on universal principles, which govern the human organism. Visions and meditations are created to access Divine Consciousness and convert it into a potent energetic healing force. It helps growth, expansion and balance. Both visions and breath refine our faculties and clear emotional and mental stresses. We enter into the subtle space within the physical body where we connect consciously with feeling, experiencing and understanding our Self and our relationship to Higher Consciousness.
How will it help me?
You will learn to connect with your vital core, access Intuition and Intelligence to scan your body and aura, see your stresses and blockages and participate in your own healing. The technique used and taught, reveal emotional and mental stresses upon the physical body. You recognize the relationship and effects of thought and feeling processed through the mind into the body. The Awareness with Intelligence gives birth to a strong life force that helps rid physical pain and mental suffering enriching the lifestyle.
